Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer (Field Work – Male Candidates)

Location : Phase I, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required : 0–2 years

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support to our clients. This role involves resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues and requires frequent travel to client locations within the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Visit client sites to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of support tasks and service logs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT field services.

Basic knowledge of : Windows operating systems Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting Networking fundamentals

Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client support.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Male candidates preferred due to travel and field work requirements.
