Key Responsibilities :
Project Sales Management :
- Handle project sales by engaging with architects, builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into projects.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and clients.Ensure timely follow-ups and address client requirements effectively.Coordination & Execution :
Collaborate with internal teams such as accounts and production to ensure smooth supply of materials as per project schedules.Plan and implement business strategies and action plans to achieve project sales targets.Presentation & Technical Support :
Conduct product presentations with detailed technical knowledge to promote products for facades and interiors.Monitoring & Reporting :
Track project sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and performance.Skills Required
