Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed business cases, process flows, and data models.
- Collaborate with IT, development teams, and product owners to design and implement solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
- Support project delivery by participating in planning, testing, and user training.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.0–1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst (a plus).Skills Required
