Role & responsibilities

• Developing , installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
• Integrating ServiceNow with other programs
• Participating in requirement gathering, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and updating configuration documentation
• Deploying solutions in test environments and ensuring quality
• Performing platform upgrades and implementing best practices
• Scripting in various areas like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.
• Developing integrations with third-party tools using REST API and SOAP web services
• Providing training and support to team members
