Job Description :

• Identify the feasibility and formulate strategies for the introduction of UV Varnishes / coatings, UV Inks in the Indian market.
• Coordinate with various functions like R&D / Process Development / Production / Quality and Operation to introduce existing and new products in the market.
• Monthly Sales Report preparation and presentation.
• Establish and maintain high standards of product and company knowledge in order to deliver the best possible level of service and knowledge (consultative selling) that exceeds customer expectations and builds effective relationships.
• Identify new sales / product and client opportunities and implement strategies to produce or secure them as the case requires.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, codes, are communicated and implemented within the sales / customer service team.
• Develop and implement processes / systems for monitoring marketing activities and outcomes.
• Develop and prepare support material, lists and information packs for sales team in conjunction with the marketing team.
