🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

Drive project-based sales across industrial and commercial infrastructure segments.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to order closure.
Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.
Influence product specifications and ensure alignment with client requirements.

🔹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 :

Minimum 6 years of experience in project sales within building materials, PEB, profiles, panels, or cladding products.

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) or Architecture, with MBA / PGDM in Sales / Marketing preferred.

Excellent communication, networking, and technical sales skills.

💼 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 :

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙏𝘾 : ₹8–12 LPA (including 20% variable pay).

Quarterly performance-based incentives.
