Job descriptionPrior experience in a client or consumer facing role (full time / part time). Good command on English, Hindi & Marathi. Working knowledge of MS-Office tools & basic computer skills. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Interact with customers on daily basis and share information as needed.
- Run advertising campaigns (email / WhatsApp) ongoing offers, deals, product launches, loyalty programs to customers via digital media using available marketing content and company portals.
- Coordinate with other departments to reply to customers in a time-bound manner.
- Generate & maintain customer master from data from e-commerce channels, and digital sales orders.
- Understand and continuously train themselves under guidance of line manager about company products & policies.
