Key Responsibilities

• Interact with callers and provide them with information regarding our partnered wellness centers.
• Understand the needs of the callers.
• Communicate to them the relevant information regarding the wellness packages.
• Manage the leads effectively.
• Make outbound follow-up calls.
• Update proper notes in the CRM system.
• Convert the leads to meet the sales goals.
