Own lead conversion and revenue targets across B2C funnels.
Build, train, and lead an inside sales team, scaling from a few representatives today to 10+ in the next phase.
Design and implement data-driven sales playbooks that deliver predictable results.
Track metrics, analyse conversion data, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistency of messaging and customer experience.
Champion the use of AI tools (CRM automations, lead scoring, personalised outreach) to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to create a culture of ownership, learning, and measurable impact.
What Makes You a Great Fit :
5-8 years of inside sales experience, ideally within early-stage or high-growth organisations.
Proven track record of owning revenue targets and consistently exceeding them.
Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams of 10 or more.
Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared or similar) and a data-led mindset.
Passion for training, mentoring, and developing people as much as driving results.
Curiosity and comfort with experimenting with AI-driven tools to boost performance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
