The Inside Sales Representative drives sales of IT products and solutions by generating leads and building customer relationships. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Cold-call prospects generated by external lead sources.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and expand sales opportunities within the client base.
- Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and Account Managers to define strategic sales approaches.
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where applicable.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Ensure follow-up by handing over leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, timelines, complete profiles, sources, etc.
