Business Head - Hotel Onboarding
Role Objective :
Drive the onboarding of hotels across India under the Carlton brand, ensuring smooth integration into the brand ecosystem, operational efficiency, and compliance
Key Responsibilities :
- Hotel Onboarding : Identify, evaluate, and onboard hotels under MNC
- Brand Alignment : Ensure onboarding hotels meet MNC guidelines in terms of service, operations, and customer experience.
- Training & SOP Compliance : Implement MNC standard operating procedures, training programs, and brand manuals across hotel partners.
- Business Performance : Monitor hotel partner performance post-onboarding and drive improvement initiatives.
- Quality Assurance : Regular audits to ensure MNC in guest services, cleanliness, and facilities management.
- Stakeholder Management : Work with property owners, investors, and internal leadership to align growth objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
12-18 years of experience in hospitality brand development, franchise, or hotel management groups.Strong background in hotel onboarding, franchise contracts, and operations.Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across geographies.Exposure to mid-market and premium hotel chains preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
