HNW Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary relationship lead for HNW families-anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and building lifelong trust.Luxury Experience & Service Design :
Create and refine white-glove protocols that mirror luxury hospitality, with a focus on confidentiality, responsiveness, and personalization.End-to-End Service Oversight :
Streamline concierge operations from onboarding to ongoing care, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.Cross-Functional Leadership (Leadership) :
Lead and inspire a high-performing service team, driving continuous training in empathy, privacy, and elevated service etiquette.Experience Innovation :
Leverage client insights to evolve offerings, influence product direction, and scale the Service experience with consistency and flair.Requirements :
