Role : Head of Revenue

Role Overview :
The Head of Revenue will be responsible for driving all revenue-generating functions of ekincare, ensuring cohesive alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships. This role requires a strategic leader who can scale revenue, expand market share, enhance customer retention, and lead diverse teams to deliver sustainable business growth.
The Head of Revenue will oversee the following teams and functions :
- Marketing (Brand, B2B Marketing, National & International Events, PR)
- Regional Sales (North, East, West, South)
- Customer Success Management Direct Accounts
- Revenue Head Broker Channel
Success Metrics :
Achieve overall revenue growth of 150% YoY.Improve gross margins by 15% through pricing & product mix.Increase enterprise client retention to 95%+.Expand contribution from Broker Channel to 30% of total revenue.Key Responsibilities
Define and drive overall revenue growth strategy aligned with business goals.Lead direct, broker, and partnership channels for end-to-end revenue ownership.Drive regional sales performance across North, South, East, and West.Scale inside sales and lead generation to build a strong pipeline.Expand and strengthen broker relationships for targeted revenue growth.Oversee B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning.Increase visibility through events, partnerships, and thought leadership.Ensure seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success.Drive customer retention, upselling, and high satisfaction through CS teams.Establish data-driven growth culture with clear KPIs and analytics.Key Requirements
Experience : 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue-driven roles, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, B2B, or enterprise solutions.Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in scaling revenue, leading cross-functional teams, and managing multi-channel sales strategies.Leadership Skills : Exceptional ability to inspire, mentor, and align diverse teams toward common goals.Strategic Mindset : Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate vision into actionable growth plans.Market Understanding : Deep understanding of the Indian B2B landscape, with experience in multiple regions.Analytical Skills : Data-driven decision-making approach with strong command of CRM, analytics, and performance tools.Communication Skills : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.At ekincare, we are not just building a product we are redefining how India experiences corporate healthcare.
