Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and expand the distributor and retail network in assigned territory.
• Identify potential clients conduct market visits and convert leads into sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
• Conduct product training and ensure visibility and placement of products at outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and field sales executives.
• Track daily sales prepare reports and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for local-level promotional activities.
• Recruit train and supervise sales executives or field sales staff (if applicable).
