Key Responsibilities :
- . Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets in the assigned territory.
- . Identify and engage new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- . Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high
satisfaction and loyalty.
. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicatingproduct features and benefits to prospects and clients.
. Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input for product andservice improvements.
. Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, achieving mutuallybeneficial outcomes.
. Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identifybusiness opportunities.
. Represent Gopani at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products andgrow the client base.
. Travel within Ahmedabad to meet customers and prospects in person.Qualifications :
. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
. Fresher - 2 years sales engineers / executive of experience or 5-7 years Sr. engineer / executive experience, preferably in filtration, chemicals, pharmaceuticals equipment manufacturing or similar industries.. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.. Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value tocustomers.
. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.. Willingness to travel.
