Job Title : Sales Engineer / Executive or Sr Engineer / Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Salary Range : ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum

Gopani Product Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a high-performing Field Sales or Sr. Engineer / Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to join our team

in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities :

  • . Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets in the assigned territory.
  • . Identify and engage new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • . Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high

satisfaction and loyalty.

  • . Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating
  • product features and benefits to prospects and clients.

  • . Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input for product and
  • service improvements.

  • . Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, achieving mutually
  • beneficial outcomes.

  • . Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
  • . Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify
  • business opportunities.

  • . Represent Gopani at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and
  • grow the client base.

  • . Travel within Ahmedabad to meet customers and prospects in person.
  • Qualifications :

  • . Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related
  • field.

  • . Fresher - 2 years sales engineers / executive of experience or 5-7 years Sr. engineer / executive experience, preferably in filtration, chemicals, pharmaceuticals equipment manufacturing or similar industries.
  • . Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • . Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to
  • customers.

  • . Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
  • . Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • . Willingness to travel.
