Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist - Ed tech, located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the Ed tech sector, providing exceptional customer service, and building and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and delivering training sessions to potential and existing clients. The role requires a proactive approach to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and ability to manage sales pipelines
  • Proficiency in Training and delivering product demonstrations
  • Effective Negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Ed tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
