Team Leadership & Culture

3+ years of proven experience in a Team Leader, Team Manager, or Supervisory role,Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire large or small teams to achieve stretch goals.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set clear priorities and deadlines.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in monitoring team metrics, analyzing performance data, and creating insightful reports.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conflict resolution and giving constructive feedback.Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce, performance tracking tools).(ref : iimjobs.com)
