We're Hiring : Sales Trainer (EdTech) - Immediate Joiners

Location : Noida - Sector 63

Experience : 3–5 Years | Full-Time

Budget : 4L-6L / Annual

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Trainer with strong experience in the EdTech industry . The role involves onboarding and training sales teams, enhancing their product knowledge, and driving performance improvements through continuous coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct New Hire Orientation Programs for onboarding sales executives and certify them on company products, processes, and policies.
  • Deliver On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new hires during their initial 3 months and track productivity milestones.
  • Identify training needs by collaborating with sales leadership and analyzing performance gaps.
  • Conduct Motivational and Skill Development sessions for underperforming team members.
  • Audit sales calls and share structured feedback to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide Upsell and Cross-sell training tailored for EdTech products and services.
  • Facilitate knowledge sessions for partner teams on product features, value propositions, and customer benefits.
  • Conduct periodic workplace visits and virtual checks to ensure quality and consistency in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or Sales Training within the EdTech industry .
  • Strong understanding of EdTech products(Occult / Vedic Science), course structures, and student engagement models .
  • Excellent PPT presentation and communication skills (both English & Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor diverse sales teams.
  • Comfortable working a 6-day week .
