We are seeking a proactive and skilled L1 - Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, ensuring seamless IT operations for our business.
Job Description - Desktop
- Hardware Management : Perform assembly and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and other hardware components.
- Operating Systems : Handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all Operating Systems .
- Network & Applications : Troubleshoot network issues and manage all application updates .
- Security : Ensure network security through timely antivirus and firewall updates .
- Peripheral Support : Conduct installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IP phones and headsets .
- Service Desk & Issue Resolution : Manage service desk operations for troubleshooting tickets and service requests. Ensure prompt resolution of escalations and high-priority issues for the business.
- IT Asset Management : Oversee the distribution and maintenance of IT infrastructure assets .
Qualifications
