Role : Support Engineer (L1 / L2, 1.5 5 yrs exp)
Your mission : Keep the digital world running.

What youll do :
- Monitor enterprise applications, servers & jobs (24x7)
- Respond to alerts, tickets & client escalations
- Run batch jobs, reports & scheduled processes
- Troubleshoot issues, recover systems & analyze logs
- Coordinate with tech teams for fixes & upgrades
What were looking for :
1.55 years of L1 / L2 production supportExcellent English communication with neutral accentHands-on with Linux, Windows, job scheduling, monitoring tools (Nagios, Tivoli, PRTG, Dynatrace, CloudWatch)Bonus : AWS, Kafka, Node.js, MongoDB, APIs
