Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer with experience in Linux systems, cloud platforms, and integration tools like SnapLogic. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT services for our Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Support and maintain integrations using SnapLogic platform.
- Troubleshoot web services issues involving REST and SOAP APIs.
- Assist in managing cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
- Document support processes, issue resolutions, and technical knowledge base articles.
- Continuously monitor systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as & Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with SnapLogic integration platform preferred.
- Proficient with web services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
