The Technical Support professional will be responsible for troubleshooting Linux systems, performing system administration tasks, managing operating systems, and handling Unix infrastructure. The role will require providing technical support and resolving issues related to Linux systems on a daily basis.QualificationsTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience in Linux system administrationLinux and Containerize services administrationKnowledge of operating systemsUnderstanding of infrastructureMonitor infrastructure daily and report any unusual system behaviorGive regular reports on application alerts & failuresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskRelevant certifications in Linux or related fieldsDocker & Kubernetes experience will be preferredHands-on experience with Ansible will be preferredWILLINGNESS TO WORK IN SHIFTS : 24 / 7 COVERAGE
