We are looking for a skilled and motivated Implementation Engineer to join our team and help onboard and support our customers through successful deployments and integrations.

Job Summary :

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying our SaaS solutions in both cloud and on-premises environments. You will work closely with clients to configure systems, integrate with third-party applications via REST APIs, and ensure seamless operation across Windows and Linux platforms. Your role will also involve troubleshooting technical issues, configuring user interfaces, and ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy and configure SaaS applications in cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and on-premise environments.
• Install and maintain systems on Windows and Linux servers.
• Ability to manage MS SQL Server and MySQL databases and connectivity
• Integrate with external systems using RESTful APIs- Connectors
• Customize and configure UI components based on customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Engineering.
• Document implementation processes and provide training to end-users or support teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations and with in SLA
