Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of our IT office. The role involves coordinating office activities, vendor management, facility maintenance, and providing general support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of equipment / stationery.
- Handle housekeeping, security, and facility management coordination.
2. Vendor & Facility Management
Liaise with vendors for AMC, IT assets, office equipment, and service providers.Ensure timely payments, renewals, and compliance with vendor contracts.3. Travel & Logistics Support
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.Manage logistics for meetings, events, and company functions.4. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain employee attendance records, visitor logs, and administrative documentation.Handle courier, mail dispatch, and communication-related logistics.5. Coordination & Support
Support HR and IT teams in onboarding new employees (desk setup, access cards, ID cards, etc.).Assist management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination.Support safety, security, and compliance initiatives.6. Expense & Budget Management
Track and manage petty cash and administrative expenses.Prepare and submit reports on administrative costs and optimization suggestions.Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of IT assets and facility management preferred.Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA / B.Com / BA).1–2 years of experience in administration, preferably in an IT or corporate setup.Benefits

B.Tech / M.Tech, MBA from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, IIMs or equivalent). 2-5 years of experience in domains such as AEC, Civil Engineering. Solid understanding of CAD / BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) Good understanding of construction technology and platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred Skills : Experience with software product development life cycles. Exposure to cloud platforms and digital engineering tools. Client-facing experience or consulting background.
