Role Description

The Admin Executive will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities to assist in administrative, commercial, and customer coordination activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferably industrial / trading sector).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and related documentation to clients.
  • Maintain systematic records of offers and client correspondence.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and management.
  • Follow up with clients for timely payments and pending documents.
  • Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and negotiate pricing.
  • Maintain supplier database and purchase documentation.
  • Assist in general administrative functions and day-to-day office coordination.
  • Track enquiries, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly MIS reports for management review.
