Job descriptionManaging the salons profitably and responsible for delivering top-line & bottom-line results for the franchise salons. Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service as per company standards. Initiating marketing initiatives and local activations. Ensuring salons are sufficiently staffed with trained manpower.
Additional responsibility of Business Development :
- Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets, discovering and exploring opportunities
- Screen potential franchisee & finalize the deal and coordinate for Salon Openings
