Job description
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue through channel partnerships, direct sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to drive innovation and improve overall business outcomes.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    • 7-11 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in Distribution Channel Sales or Retail Channel Sales.
    • Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective channel distribution strategies.
    • Strong understanding of Dealer Channel Management principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders.
