Job Role.

  • Interact regularly with Territory Managers / Sales Managers to set targets achieve required sales for cross sell Business Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation selling skills
  • Make joint calls with sales team, if required
  • Training for competence development of Territory Managers / Sales Managers
  • Driving Sales Processes
  • Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
  • Provide effective inputs improve business performance
  • Ensure all reports are consistent in quality : accurate, complete and on time
  • To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area
  • Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.
  • Contributed Value / Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses / Employee Retention / Employee Productivity / Customer experience / Managing Incentive Schemes.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Transform overall business plan into actionable sales targets and execution plan for area under control.
  • Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence.
  • Provide inputs to improve product offerings.
  • Build effective plans to improve sales operations
  • Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.
  • Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process.
