Area Sales Manager _ Hyderabad (Lab & Anachem Instruments)
Role Summary :
As Area Sales Manager, you will be the key driver of revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic account management for lab and analytical instruments. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional business acumen, consultative sales skills, and the ability to translate market opportunities into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, creating opportunities with Government VARs, non-pharma, chemical, F&B, dairy, and allied industries.
- Lead the full sales cycle for Labtech and Anachem instruments (P & NP), leveraging value-selling strategies for low, mid, and high-value equipment.
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build technical and commercial capabilities within the team and partner network.
- Collaborate closely with application specialists and HQ to optimize lab utilization and client solutions.
- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to drive business decisions.
- Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and high-level client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors / Master's degree in Science, Business, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).7+ years of proven sales experience in laboratory, analytical, or scientific instruments.Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, including handling strategic accounts.Experience with SAP and CRM tools desirable.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
