Role Overview
We're looking for a Jr. Marketing Associate who lives and breathes content. From Instagram reels to YouTube shorts and LinkedIn posts, you'll help bring MastersBuddy's voice to life across platforms.
This role is a mix of behind-the-scenes creativity and on-camera presence. You'll be assisting in scripting, ideating, and managing content while also appearing in videos with confidence and energy. It is a chance to experiment, learn, and grow while building both your skills and your personal presence.
The ideal candidate is someone who can think on their feet, stay tuned into pop culture, and make the most of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Sora to take ideas to the next level. If you enjoy creating, collaborating, and trying new formats, you will thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Regularly appear in and shoot content for Instagram and YouTube — be the face behind engaging reels, shorts, and videos
- Ideate, script, and post reels, shorts, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn content
- Write catchy captions, scripts, and copy that resonate with students and young professionals
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Sora, etc.) to brainstorm, draft, and enhance content
- Create quick designs and edits using Canva for social media creatives and campaigns
- Coordinate with designers / video editors to deliver polished final assets
- Track performance of content, analyze what works, and suggest improvements
- Stay on top of social and cultural trends to keep content fresh and engaging
- Assist in running ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
What We're Looking For
