Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for an early-career professional passionate about building and growing brands across both digital and traditional marketing channels. You&aposll play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
- Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities
- Help develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing materials
Digital Marketing
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Create engaging content for digital channels including graphics, videos, and written copyExecute email marketing campaigns and analyze performance metricsSupport SEO / SEM initiatives and website content optimizationMonitor online brand reputation and engage with customers on digital platformsTraditional Marketing
Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns (print, radio, events, etc.)Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials, signage, and branded merchandiseSupport event marketing including trade shows, pop-ups, and community eventsHelp manage public relations efforts and media outreachAnalytics & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across all channelsPrepare monthly reports on brand awareness metrics, engagement rates, and ROIUse data insights to optimize future marketing strategies and tacticsMonitor brand sentiment and customer feedback across various touchpointsCross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignmentCoordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendorsSupport internal communications and employee brand engagement initiativesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fieldStrong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social mediaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferredExperience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)Creative mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentShow more
