Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive IT product and service sales in Mumbai. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales cycle management, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell IT products and services in Mumbai.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, services, competitors, and customer needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation, order follow-up, execution, and payment collection.
- Continuously enhance professional knowledge by attending seminars, webinars, and through self-learning.
- Collaborate effectively with OEMs and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Independent contributor with strong ownership skills
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) or MBA (Preferred)Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT salesStrong communication skills and a solid business understanding of IT products and associated domains.Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets, with a sound understanding of business planning.Education
