Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of our luxury township project at Pune Racecourse. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing large-scale township developments, high-rise residential, and hospitality projects, ensuring world-class quality, timely completion, and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the township project, from concept to handover.
- Oversee all construction, design coordination, infrastructure development, and fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Establish project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
- Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards across the project.
- Monitor project progress through regular site reviews, progress reports, and MIS updates.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising on quality.
- Manage government liaisoning and statutory approvals as required.
- Lead and mentor the project management and site teams for efficient execution.
- Interface with the management on project status, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee integration of Township project which includes infrastructure , civil, WTP,STP, luxury residential, hospitality, and lifestyle amenities within the township.
- Understand Architectural design, manage co ordinate with PMC , local Liasoning.

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's in Construction Management preferred).
Minimum Job Experience
Experience : 15+ years in project management, with significant exposure to luxury townships, high-rise developments, and hospitality projects.
