Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CEO Projects located in Pune. The CEO Projects will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing and implementing business plans, coordinating sales efforts, and developing strategic plans. Day-to-day tasks include enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of various projects. The role will also involve integrating cross-functional activities and reporting to the company's top management.

Qualifications

• Strong Domain Knowledge & Proven Expertise
• Finance and Operations Management skills
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Sales and driving business development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role in a related industry is beneficial
