Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Delivery Head to join our leadership team in Pune. This role is critical in ensuring delivery excellence across software projects by overseeing end-to-end project execution, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading delivery teams to success.

You will be responsible for driving project performance, aligning delivery with client expectations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects across various domains and technologies.
• Ensure project execution excellence by managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, alignment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, architects, and engineering leads to drive results.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams; provide leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and governance standards.
• Provide regular delivery updates to senior leadership and clients.
