Job Description : Pega CDH Lead
Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Experience : 10+ years (with minimum 4+ years in Pega CDH)
Role Type : Full-time
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Pega CDH solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate customer engagement strategies into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Marketing, Cloud, Integration) to enable real-time personalization and omni-channel orchestration.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and performance tuning of Pega CDH applications.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill junior engineers and decisioning consultants.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in customer engagement capabilities using advanced Pega CDH features.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Pega CDH.Strong expertise in :
Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) and Next-Best-Action design.Decision Strategies, Adaptive Models, Predictive Analytics.NBA Designer, Customer Profile Designer, and Engagement Policy design.Omni-channel integration (Web, Mobile, Email, Contact Center).Proven experience leading large-scale Pega CDH implementations.Strong knowledge of Pega Platform (v8.x and above) and Pega design principles.Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (GCP / AWS / Azure) is a plus.Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, PCDC, or Decisioning Consultant strongly preferred.(ref : hirist.tech)
