Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across Bangalore and Karnataka region
- Drive business growth by leveraging strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and influencers
- Ensure effective specification and demand generation for products through the team
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide guidance, and support team development
- Work closely with key project stakeholders to position the product in early stages of the project lifecycle
- Track project pipelines, specifications, and follow-through to conversion
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution
