Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Identify, assess, and hire candidates; develop employer branding and workforce planning strategies.
- Training & Development Implement the annual training calendar based on skill gap analysis.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) Conduct surveys and work on score improvement strategies.
- Employee Engagement Develop and execute the annual engagement calendar.
- Performance Management System (PMS) Oversee goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation adjustments.
- Total Quality Management (TQM) & Performance Awards – Participate in TQM initiatives and ensure PMA submissions.
- Attrition & Exit Analysis – Monitor attrition, conduct exit analysis, and implement retention strategies.
- HR Digitization – Implement digital tools for training, feedback, and attendance tracking.
- Data Management & MIS Reporting – Maintain HR data and generate reports for decision-making.
