Responsible for sales and marketing of the company to builders.Develop relationships with builders and convince them to specify the company's products.Actively participate in product development planning of marketing strategies and systems.Support and coordinate with the entire channel and distribution process.Maintain and manage builder accounts and be responsible for payment collection.Settle builder claims and issues in a timely manner.Visit architects and builders to develop relationships.Plan and execute promotional activities for architects and builders.Deal with projects and track upcoming projects in the assigned area.Formulate and implement strategies for institutional sales.Travel locally to generate business from builders.Compile and maintain a list of Tier-I, II, and III builders.Skills Required
