Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute industrial relations policies and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
- Lead collective bargaining and union negotiations.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on industrial relations matters to senior management.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices.
