Key Responsibilities :
Promote and sell vehicle tires to clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tire products based on vehicle specifications, performance, and budget.
Manage existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations and follow up to secure orders.
Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and availability of tire inventory.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of tire brands, specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Provide after-sales support, including handling customer complaints and inquiries.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle tires, specifications, and applications is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
