Roles and Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Service Delivery :
Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Team Leadership & Sales Management :
Supervise and guide a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Growth & Market Analysis :
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Job Requirements

Experience & Knowledge :

Professional experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry .

Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services .
