About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project / Scrum Manager Trainee with 2-5 years of professional experience to support project planning, execution, and agile delivery. The role is designed to provide hands-on training in project management and scrum practices, preparing the candidate for future leadership responsibilities in managing end-to-end projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities in alignment with business goals.
• Support Scrum ceremonies such as weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create sprint reports and Monthly Progress Reports of each project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI / UX, product owners) to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Jira / Confluence).
• Leverage expertise in JIRA to maintain project workflows, monitor KPIs, and support Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall) under the mentorship of senior managers.
