Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate will have more than a decade of experience leading agile teams and a successful track record of delivering large-scale Agile programs, especially within SAFe environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or two Agile teams within a SAFe enterprise.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, PI planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.
• Work closely with RTEs, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters to align delivery and dependencies.
• Ensure the team follows SAFe principles, Scrum values, built-in quality practices from XP, and WIP limits from Kanban.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement and transparency in delivery.
• Track team velocity, backlog health, and sprint progress using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Manage and eliminate blockers that hinder team progress.
• Drive cultural adoption of openness, respect, courage, commitment, and focus.
• Support knowledge sharing and document best practices using Confluence, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
