Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership :
- Lead and manage IT projects, defining their scope, goals, and deliverables.
- You'll create and maintain project plans, manage resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
Stakeholder Communication :
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.You'll facilitate effective communication across technical teams and business units to ensure everyone is aligned.Agile & Scrum Management :
Guide the team in using Agile / Scrum methodologies, including running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.You'll foster a collaborative environment and remove any roadblocks that could hinder the team's progress.Risk & Change Management :
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.You'll manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all adjustments are documented and approved.Quality Assurance :
Work with the QA team to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.You'll coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and a seamless product launch.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in an IT project management role.Technical Acumen : A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and common IT technologies.Experience with Jira, Asana, or Trello for project tracking is essential.Methodologies : Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of other frameworks like Waterfall or Kanban is a plus.Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead a team and manage stakeholders.Certification : PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications are a significant plus(ref : hirist.tech)
