Role and Responsibilities :

• Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
• Lead technical architecture and solution design discussions in collaboration with tech teams.
• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical input and project estimations.
• Build and manage detailed project schedules, track milestones, and ensure resource optimization.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Adopt and enforce industry best practices, tools, and frameworks throughout project lifecycles.
• Continuously monitor and improve project performance, ensuring client satisfaction and quality :
• 9+ years of overall experience in IT services with at least 4+ years in project management roles.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and modern project management tools.
• Exposure to AI / ML integrations or awareness of current trends in AI-driven product development is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and team leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely execution and quality delivery.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to contribute in technical discussions and guide teams on architectural or design-level decisions
