Role Overview :

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Agile delivery by facilitating ceremonies, enforcing Scrum principles, and ensuring alignment with product goals.

You will act as a servant leader to the Product Owner, Development Team, and the wider organisation, driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance delivery culture.

The role requires a deep technical appreciation of software delivery pipelines, Agile tooling, and distributed systems collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Agile Facilitation & Delivery Enablement :

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) with an emphasis on outcome-driven execution.
• Ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are clearly established and adhered to.
• Drive sprint predictability by tracking velocity, burn-down / burn-up charts, and other Agile delivery metrics.
• Partner with Release Managers / DevOps teams to align sprint outputs with CI / CD pipelines and release calendars.
