Profile : Project Manager
Shift : US Shift (Night shift)
Job Location : Sector 98, Noida
Duties :
- Receiving incoming work assignments from PMs and assigning work to appropriate resources
- Utilize available tools and ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness
- Keep constant communication with PMs, forecast workload, identify processes which require improvement, and report any issues which may impact the department.
- Maintain list of task assignments, and batch statuses
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Monitor daily production of assigned projects
- Communicate daily with linguists and QA team
- Ensure processes used meet all client and vendor contractual requirements
- Provide the translation team with all necessary tools to meet client expectations; i.e. glossary and guidelines
- Perform data entry to facilitate proper and timely invoicing
