About the Role
- Join Clarivate's Global Benefits team to lead benefit operations and design programs across the APAC / EMEA regions.
- Serve as a key internal consultant and advocate for employee well-being.
- Collaborate with team members globally in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage regional benefit placements and lead annual benefit renewals.Maintain and build strong relationships with external consultants and vendors (e.g., insurance carriers, brokers).Conduct market benchmarking and implement benefit policies aligned with Clarivate's global benefits strategy.Create and manage employee benefit communications in partnership with the Internal Communications team.Administer Workday Help for benefit-related queries; create and maintain knowledge base articles.Oversee creation, review, and compliance of local benefit-related policies and allowances.Drive regional well-being initiatives and promote employee engagement.Support M&A activities through benefits review and harmonization.Required Experience, Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree.5+ years of experience as a benefits specialist, with a focus on APAC / EMEA regions.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a technology-related company.Prior experience in a global organization working across multiple time zones.Familiarity with Workday systems.Skills Required
