Key Deliverables :
- Design and manage compensation programs including salary, variable pay, and equity.
- Oversee annual compensation review cycles covering adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
- Lead benefits program administration including insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct market benchmarking and ensure legal compliance in compensation and benefits.
Role Responsibilities :
Collaborate with HR partners and leadership on compensation strategies and job evaluations.Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis reports to leadership.Negotiate with external vendors to optimize benefits services.Support documentation, communication, and execution of benefits and ESOP plans.Skills Required
