Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager(B2B) for furniture division in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing client relationships, and leading sales strategies to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the B2B furniture market.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients including businesses, offices, and institutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs to drive sales growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at B2B clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
